Medical Sealless Ceramic Plunger Metering Pump

The Hailo Medical Series pumps represent the latest in infusion technology today. These pumps are specifically designed to meet the stringent regulations and high precision infusion volumes of the pharmaceutical industry.

Injection volumes range from 0 to 20 ml, and speeds can reach 150 operations per minute.

The unique rotary piston design, the precision fit of the ceramic plunger and cylinder, allows the pump to be used without dynamic seals, without excessive maintenance, and with simple and easy cleaning.

This type of pump is also available in models with non-disassembly cleaning function.

The pump uses a programmable, homoservice motor drive to control the accuracy and consistency of the fluid injection process. The pump can be operated stand-alone or integrated with an automation series.    

    1、柱塞式加药泵：柱塞在往复式往复运动中，立即与所传送的物质触碰，在进出口贸易节流阀的效果下进行吸排液态。适用各种各样髙压，低电压(应用工作压力0-60Mpa)，强腐蚀场所。计量检定精密度低于0。5%。

    2.液压隔膜计量泵：依靠柱塞在液压缸内的往复运动，使化纤计量泵腔内液压油产生脉冲驱动力，促进隔膜往返煽动，在进出口贸易阀的作用下吸收液体。因为隔膜片将柱塞与运输的物质彻底分隔，因此能避免溶液向外漏水。它的负担应用范畴在0-35Mpa中间。液压隔膜式计量泵每台配备三阀或二阀设备：全自动补油阀，阀门，自动排气阀。计量检定准确，耐髙压，耐高强度浸蚀且彻底不泄露是它的显著优势。

    3.机械设备推动隔膜计量泵：与液压隔膜的区别在于滑轨与隔膜片立即连接，滑轨往复运动时立即推动（拉动），根据泵头顶节流阀的开闭效果进行吸排。它具备液压隔膜泵不泄露，耐高强度浸蚀的明显优势，并且价格低。石灰计量泵适用低电压和中小型总流量的场所。
